    Hi All

    I was wondering if anyone has a current solution to the following situation

    Say hypothetically I have two competing Sales teams hosted in the same Genesys Cloud instance, each have their own set of External contacts that they want to sell to

    Each want to limit the other sales teams from knowing / seeing or contacting "their" potential Customers within Genesys itself.

    At the moment there does not seem to be a way to limit Visibility of External Customers based on Divisions or otherwise

    Has anyone come up with a solution for this type of situation without using Campaigns?

    That is on the roadmap and should be coming soon to a browser near you.  Stay tuned - same GC channel.  The webinar on Wednesday should give us a good idea of how soon this will be out.

    This is on our long term roadmap to address and it would be setting the expectation incorrectly to say it's coming soon. It has not yet been published on our official roadmap that we share with customers and we have not begun working on it yet. First, we share upcoming features in the Target section of the roadmap and then after we start working on them we move them to the In Progress section of the roadmap. This feature has not been published in either.
