  • 1.  Disable "decline" button from Purecloud User Interface ?

    Hi, 

    The customer ask if it is possible to disable or remove the button "Decline" when an agent receive an email interaction 

    Please let me know if this is possible ?

    Not in the standard interface, no. You would have to create a custom interface.

    And the very unique feature of Genesys Cloud is that you can do that and Genesys even gives you source code and example at developer.mypurecloud.com
