Hello,
We have setup a group voicemail for a queue with members who will receive the notification in their Inbox. Agents have ability to play the voicemail but also have ability to download the voicemail. I didn't find a role permission to disable the download button. But we are looking for a way to disable the download feature as it may have NPI data. Please advise if anyone has suggestions/workarounds.
