Hi all,

I am using a Power App in one of my screen pops that I need to require input from an agent before they end the interaction.  The queue is setup for an outbound campaign and we are gathering several pieces of information from the Power App.

Is there a way that I can disable the done button for the wrap-up code then enable it via API when the agent presses a button in the Power App?  I already know that I can call the API from Power Apps, I'm using that to update several other items.  Just not sure if a way exists to disable/enable the done button.  Or if there is another way to accomplish this goal.

You can't keep the agent from hitting the disconnect button, but what you could do is place a big disconnect button on your script that is not active until they fill out some piece of information on the script page.  The button could also run a data action before disconnecting.
