Hey Y'all -
Has anyone had a request to disable some of the Agent Status options? For example, removing 'Meals' and 'Training', to bring in line with current MS Teams options?
'm thinking it's not currently possible?
Alternatively, has anyone seen this option in the Ideas Lab?
