    I usually place the phones in a different site and take out the outbound routing rules. Make sure you don't remove emergency.

    There is a feature request related this please that you may want to vote for https://purecloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/CLCOLL-I-302

    This is an idea request to allow to disable direct calling for agents similar to how the agent internal IM can now be disabled.
