    Can someone tell me what we need to do to get the name and e.g. the contact type EXTERNE GESCHÄFTSPARTNER of an external contact displayed on an alerting call (non-ACD) and not just the phone number? Please see the attached screenshots for more information.

    Are you getting a name for ANY of our calls or only for these German numbers?  I see you have 0153 in the Mobile number but it looks like the carrier is sending just 153.  Try taking the 0 out of the mobile number.

    Hi Robert, I don´t get any name. We do not have international numbers stored in our extenal contacts, our telephony is german based only. Do you mean to take the 0 out of the mobile number in the external contact? Once I save the change, Genesys adds the number again.

    I have the same problem. I do not understand, why Genesys Cloud is not showing aviable information.
