Division-aware Evaluation Forms and Survey Forms
We're pleased to announce an upcoming enhancement to Genesys Cloud Quality Management: support for division-aware evaluation forms and survey forms.
This enhancement helps organizations align form access more closely with their division structure. With this update, users will only be able to work with evaluation forms and survey forms for divisions they are authorized to access, improving governance and reducing unnecessary cross-division visibility.
With this update, customers will be able to:
- View division information associated with evaluation forms and survey forms
- Limit visibility so users only see forms for divisions they are authorized to access
- Use evaluation forms from authorized divisions when creating evaluations
- Use survey forms from authorized divisions when creating surveys
- Better support operational separation across teams and divisions
A few important considerations:
- Division awareness applies to evaluation forms and survey forms
- It does not apply to the resulting evaluations themselves
- For example, a user must have access to a division's form to create an evaluation, but once the evaluation is created, users with the appropriate permissions can still view that evaluation in Quality summary views
Upcoming public API changes:
- Evaluation form and survey form APIs are becoming division-aware
- List endpoints under
/api/v2/quality/forms/* and /api/v2/quality/publishedforms/* will return only forms from divisions the caller is authorized to access
- Single-form operations on forms outside the caller's authorized divisions will return 403 Forbidden
- Form responses will include a new division object containing the division
id and name
POST and PUT operations will accept an optional division in the request body
- Forms created without a division will remain unassigned, preserving backwards-compatible access behavior
- New
divisionviews endpoints will support enumeration of published forms across divisions for administrative experiences
