Can this work with bulk export API? Granted that the API client is using a Division limited oAuth

Create a new role with the permissions required for bulk importing, then add yourself to this new role.  Sign out of Genesys Cloud, then back in.  Navigate to Admin > OAuth > Create a new OAuth account for this bulk export process.  Select Grant Type: Client Credentials. Click on the roles tab, find the new role you created, enable it, then select the desired division/s.  Save.  This should grant access OAuth access to bulk download from limited/targeted divisions.
