  • 1.  Divisions no longer sorted alphabetically

    Hi,

    Has anyone noticed that when adding a new user, or updated the divisions for a role, that the divisions are no longer sorted alphabetically?  Our team noticed this started about mid November this year.  I was just wondering if anyone else has noticed this behavior?

    Thanks for confirming.  I have a case open with Genesys and wanted to find out if we were the only ones that this happened to.  Confirms we are not dreaming lol.

    I think they are sorted by last created division and not alphabetical. But I could be wrong, but yes I have noticed this as well.

    We don't create too many new divisions anymore so have never really noticed that pattern but it could be possible.  I just know they used to be sorted alphabetically which made things much easier, especially when you have quite a few divisions in the org.

    Hi all,

    Thanks to those who replied.  I have since opened a case with Genesys care and have been advised Dev will be implementing a fix hopefully next week.
