  • 1.  Divisions to restrict user privileges

    Hi,
    Platform API has got traces of 'Divisions'
    I understand this can be used to be more selective with user permissions.
    We have a scenario where Contact Center Supervisors would need to listen 'monitor' Agent calls, but to exclude the back office business users from being able to be monitored by Supervisors and I would have thought divisions might help.
    Is this available in Beta ?

    Also, just a follow through, thiswill be available once ACL (access control) gets implemented.

    If you go to the bottom of the page, there is a tab near the comments section for merged ideas

    One of them would be Restricted supervisor permissions.
