Hi Team,
Is there a way to implement DNC when an agent manually dials a number? Right now, the setup we have checks DNC only for dialer campaign calls. We also need to see if there are any options to enforce DNC when someone dials manually.
I was also checking if topics under the Trigger Configuration can be used, but I'm not sure which topic to use - Customer Start or Outbound is not working.
Please advise if anybody has any input.
