  • 1.  DNC for Manual Dial

    Hi Team,

    Is there a way to implement DNC when an agent manually dials a number? Right now, the setup we have checks DNC only for dialer campaign calls. We also need to see if there are any options to enforce DNC when someone dials manually.

    I was also checking if topics under the Trigger Configuration can be used, but I'm not sure which topic to use - Customer Start or Outbound is not working.

    Please advise if anybody has any input.

    Hi Hariharasudan, 

    I am unaware of a DNC list for manual calls only for campaigns. Hopefully someone else in the community can provide more insight into if they have found a way to do this.

    There is an idea Global Block List and DNC lists in the Genesys Cloud Product Ideas Lab that has some similarities and maybe worth adding your use case to
