Hi, we operate the outbound dialer with DNC list and have noticed lately that numbers that are either added by a script or manually appended are being re-dialed. We have the E164 format in play but I still find that I have to add other entries to be able to ensure the number is blocked. Though I have since found out this is no longer being blocked and customers are complaining. I have raised with support who provided links to the DNC and CSV format which still has no outcome. I am thinking its the format of the number in the campaign or doesn't it matter? I know that special characters are excluded as are spaces and backslashes. We have only had this problem once before and remedy it by creating a new list. I have done this already but seems to be re-occurring still. Number formats and how they are represented in the DNC list (leading 0 disappears when saved) 64XXXXXXXXXX 64XXXXXXXX 07XXXXXXX 7XXXXXXX xxxxxxxx even removing the prefix and placing the straight number
Any suggestions or things i can look at to fix such numbers to ensure they are not dialing out? Thanks
