I am currently dealing with a customer who needs a 'Do Not Contact' List process to be Ofcom compliant. The customer has identified how the 15 minute 'check' is done between their current CRM system and their current Outbound Dialler Campaign solution. When an agent has communication with a customer, a code is added to their CRM system Arrears Action, every 15 minutes a process runs whereby the CRM system is checked for one of these codes against customer accounts and if it is seen, the customer is included on a csv file and the Do Not Contact List is updated. This process then continues to run throughout the day every 15 minutes checking the codes and updating the same list (overwriting the previous one.)<u1:p></u1:p>

It is possible for Genesys to automatically have the ability to 'pull' a file in as the outbound dialler list? This would then continue to update every 15 minutes with the list overwriting ?.
