Hi, in the conversation details results i get information in the 'dnis' field showing the properly formatted phone numbers, but also see a lot of spurious entries like ;
sip:57431b9336ae9d196fdc4245@10.42.1.54;user=station
What does this mean?

It's a sip address to some sip endpoint. Take a look at the participant data to see the context of the address to determine what it's for. This looks like it might be a user's phone.
