    Hi Gary,

Just to clarify, are you saying that looking at the same view some people can see the Connection value and some people cant, but the offer/answer values are the same?
If its this, it could be due to Division permissions, e.g. DNIS is in Division A, but queue/flow is in Division B and the users don't have access to both Divisions.

Hi, Gary! Long time no see :)

I checked our report and it seems that blank connections metric appears when the phone number was used for outbounds. Some phone numbers as I can see in our case are used for both inbound and outbound - then it may occur thart connection is not blank, but still less than offered. Try playing with direction filter - maybe you have the same?

Finally figured this one out. Feels like a bug...

The access was divisional. It seems the architect flow being assigned to the appropriate division has an impact on the connections stat.

In my scenario I had originally saved the flow to the home division but later re-saved to the division in which the users have access. This did not resolve the problem.

I then cloned the flow > saved to the user assigned division... this worked.

Seems re-assigning the flow division has some bug impacting this stat.
