    Hello Vinod,

    Genesys Cloud has a native video chat option that lets you hold video conferences with people in your org. More information here.

    If you are looking for functionality that is similar to Zoom or Microsoft Teams, it is not natively available but these tools can be integrated. Be interested to know your use case surrounding this ask.
