    I wonder if the physical Edges will continue working after rich end of support day? Does anyone know this behavior?

    Hello Jorge, 

    Are you talking about the warning on this page? With the depreciation on Dec 1 2026? Just want to make sure I am digging into the right thing.

    Hi Cameron,

    Yes that´s correct, I want to know what will hapen after that day deprecation for the physical Edges (Genesys hardware solution).

    Still we have some customers that is using and we think they going to use those Genesys Edge appliances after deprecation day.
