In Genesys Cloud, agents can create direct chat messages, group chats, and personal groups with contacts within the organization. Is this supported in the platform api and embedded framework ? Can you get notification events from these like with web chats that a customer initiated ?

Hello,
The API used for the "Collaboration" chat is not part of Platform API and is not public/supported.
