Do we offer group voicemail? ACD agents customer given the option to leave a message and the agents then have the ability to retrieve those voicemails that go in a group box.

    No, not yet. The closest you could get would be to create a dummy user account to receive the voicemails, and transfer to that user in an Architect flow as an option before transferring to the queue, or in the In-Queue Call Flow. Even then, though, the only way to access the voicemails would be to log in as that dummy user...which would not work well for agents.
