I am going to assume yes on this, but considering the only other way to use a workflow is a trigger I figured I would ask.
This would be for a workflow execution from an inbound/in-queue Architect flow.
And by API limits I am specifically looking at the number of on-demand API requests per licensed user.

I have been wondering the same, i am assuming when the workflow runs it is counted against IVR minutes. So my question is does the trigger fire an API request that will add to ORG API usage count?

Hi whoff,
If automate is called by a trigger, that's an internal thing that wouldn't be affected by the api limits. If an api user is launching a workflow manually, it would count.
