    We are looking for our Genesys cloud version. I'm not sure if that is in Telephony-> Edges but looks like this is not what we are looking for. Does anyone know where to find that?

    Hello,

    I am not sure I understand your question. There is no Genesys Cloud version which would be specific to an org. All orgs are always running the "latest version". By this, I mean that when there are new features/enhancements/fixes, they are automatically propagated to all Genesys Cloud orgs.

    Thanks for your response. Another question is how can we have Genesys Cloud Voice Transcription available on the Integration page. Because we cannot see it.

    Hi Jerome, Yeah we already setup the Genesys cloud but unfortunately we were able to transcribe only one call after that. Transcription doesn't work anymore. Is that how it's being setup for development testing. With just one try?

    Hello,

    I am not aware of such a limit (one call). The Resource Center does not state such restriction.

    I would suggest to open a case with Genesys Care (Support) as we cannot investigate customer data on the forum. I think your Genesys Cloud environment is a bit specific - non-billage org (created for partners a while ago). It could be good to mention this to Support in case the limitations comes from this. Unless it is related to permissions (ex: proper OAuth client - Client Credentials - with Employee role assigned to the necessary Divisions for the Voice Transcription integration).
