Dear community,

We consideration use the Allowed IP Addresses feature.
If IP Address is set to above feature,Is it possible to access documents share on the public only with the listed IP addresses? or, Is it not effected the IP Address restriction?

Iizuka-san,

I tested in my organization, and documents shared as Public are not affected by the IP Address restriction. I was able to download a Public document from my device using the shared link, but I was not able log into the organization from the same device.

I think there is no permission to configuration only the share public,  so  I'll assign to only appropriate user the following permission.
General > Content Management User
