  • 1.  Documents Workspace with new UI Update

    Before the UI update, we were able to upload doucments for personal workspace and shared workspace amongst others. Since the new UI push, we are not able to access documents that were previosuly loaded or upload any new. The only thing we are able to do is view what Workspace's are there and "Edit" them. Anyone else having the same issue?

    Hello Lauren, 

    This looks like unexpected behavior. I recommend submitting a ticket to Support so they can take a look at it and escalate to the proper channels if needed.

    I ran into this myself yesterday. There is no ability to upload a document.

    Hi Lauren,

    Regarding this, your workspace can be accessed by clicking on your profile picture > my files.
    What you're currently viewing is the Admin > Documents > Workspaces path.

    At first, I had the same impression, but later I realized that there was a change in how it's accessed.
