When you move an agent from one management unit to another, what happens to the history depends on whether the units are within the same business unit:
If the agent moves between management units within the same business unit:
Schedule and adherence information remains accessible.
If the agent moves to a management unit in a different business unit:
Schedule and adherence information remains with the original business unit (as a read-only copy).
This allows you to view the agent in the same schedule location as before the move, for historical purposes.
Any new schedule and adherence information will exist in the new business unit.
