Greetings Corey - Currently Agent Copilot only supports voice and digital channels like SMS, WhatsApp, & Web Messaging.
In the meantime, you may want to check out this idea, especially since Genesys Dev is actively doing research and looking for use cases. You may be able to get in on the ground floor there.
