  • 1.  Does People Bulk Import Update Existing People Remove Roles Option Works?

    Hi all, i can created and updated Users VIA the Bulk import action, but as I played with it i noticed that when using the "Update existing people" feature,

    when i assign an additional roles to user it works, but when i attempt to unassign user from a role it doesn't work, 

    does anyone know if the "Bulk import Existing people" feature works only to assign additional 

     Roles and other details to user or also for unassign Roles and other details from a user.

    Yes that's one of the frustrating things about that CSV import - not all fields are treated the same.  From the article:

    • When you update existing users with a .csv import, Genesys Cloud adds roles and queues but does not replace or remove them.
