    I want to know what are the Purecloud Mobile engagement features supported..?

    for example chat, email, callback, voice, video interactions are supported? any RoadMap?

    It is possible to add this digital channels to the Customer Mobil App..?

    Are you looking for agents to answer ACD calls or emails on their mobile device? Or are you looking for the ability to easily embed for example our chat capabilities into an end-customer mobile app so that your customers can initiate a chat with you easily?
