  • 1.  Does scheduled callback is supported in both Mobile Messenger and Mobile Transport?

    Hello Community,

    I need to implement a scheduled callback in a mobile app, I mean that while a chatbot conversation if I click on a specific botton then I should be able to select a particular date and time and then Genesys Cloud call me back as scheduled.

    Firstable we offered Mobile Messenger to a quick deploy, but I still don´t found if it support the scheduled callback.

    Could anyone help?

    Jorge - happy new year.

    Our "Native" Mobile SDKs do not include client-side methods to request a Callback directly: we have a future Idea to add this to Web/Mobile Messenger > https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/DIG-I-114

    For now, you would need to solve this via specialized Digital Bot Flow, leveraging Callback APIs with a more conversational experience.
