    Hi there,

    We have successfully deployed email forwarding following this guide. https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/use-organizations-email-domain-name/

    My question is do we need to permanently include the TXT Record from Genesys Cloud in our domain? Or once we have validated that yes we own the domain can we remove the record?
