We are implementing an integration for the automatic translation of inbound and outbound emails so agents from different countries can answer emails written in foreign languages (https://developer.genesys.cloud/blueprints/email-translator-blueprint/).
We managed to make it work, but we have two main doubts about the potential of this solution:
1) There's a big issue about the use of this integration: it works fine until the signature comes in different languages. When that's the case, the application is not able to detect the language of the email body and proceed to not translate the email (at least in some important languages, e.g. Spanish). Would it be possible to develop a new version where this issue is solved? (for example, avoiding the translation of signatures).
2) We will probably need to install Advanced eMail Interface (AMI) and Microsoft Graph also. Would it cause any kind of incompatibility between this three integrations?
