  • 1.  Doubt with about outbound functionality in Purecloud

    Hello,
    I come from PureEngage and have extensive experience with its systems.
    Recently I started working with purecloud and I have some doubts related to the outbound functionality, unlike the Outbound (OCM) used in PE, I can't find a way to see the records that were loaded in the call list and I can't See the result of the individual calls. (I.e. : answer / Not answer / answer machine, etc.)
    Is there any way to have this data?

    Comments and answers in this regard are welcome.

    Hi Hernan,

     There are a few ways to find this out - if you just want to see the most recent results you can export the contact list in the Outbound Dialing/List Management/Contact Lists

     The most recent result should show in the following column;

    CallRecordLastResult-PHONE1
