Is it possible to download the recordings by API’s of a transferred call (blind or consult) as separate audio file? So If a customer has talked to Agent A and Agent A transferred the call to Agent B, I want to have 2 recordings:
- Recording of the customer and Agent A.
- Recording of the customer and Agent B.
