  • 1.  Downloading Queue Performance

    For queue performance, when looking at the screen it shows the information in HH:MM:SS format, which is great.  When I download the information it converts it to a whole number.  My issue is I can't figure out the conversion.  I try to put it back into HH:MM:SS for reporting purposes and I can't get the same information that I see on the screen. 
    Does anyone know the conversion that is used to get the downloaded information?

    For Example
    Average Talk
    6m 35s = 395119

    Average Hold
    2m 24s = 144081

    #Reporting/Analytics

    The value is in milliseconds, not seconds.  1 second = 1000 milliseconds.
    395119 milliseconds = 395.119 seconds = 6m 35s 119 ms

    If you are wanting to see those values as hh:mm:ss I created a macro that quickly does the conversion.  You just highlight all the columns in Excel.  See this post for instructions.
