Genesys Cloud - Main

Is there a way to download the screen recording so that you see all three screens (we use three in our environment) are in the same recording? We tried downloading the screen capture recording and it downloaded each screen individually - which is not helpful for training purposes (incorporating into exercises, etc.). Thanks!

Hey Amber, 

To my knowledge no. The main reason for this is that the size of the screens can be different (which is often the case) and to have them in one size can cause issues, or not be readable. As you know, when you view Genesys, you are able to select each screen to make it bigger so you can see what the agent is doing. 

On the other hand, you can do some post-work to achieve what you want. This would mean importing all these files into a video editor and putting them together yourself. This is easy enough, but you might run into the same issues in terms of size and readability. I have done stuff like this and used premiere pro to create training videos.
