How can i know if a user with permisions have download a recording in purecloud?
Is possible?
Can i have access to the logs or something of Purecloud?

Under PureCloud -> Performance -> Interactions -> Search for the interaction and there you can see the Audit Trail. or with the API /api/v2/quality/conversations/{conversationId}/audits
In both cases you need to know the conversation
