    Hi All

We have been trying to pull through DPA information for our customers to a script for our agents to see, when a message arrives with them.

However, it keeps showing as 'N/A' rather than the information input by the customers.

We have checked the variables and the correct slots are showing, not too sure where else we should look.

Has anyone else had this before?

    Thanks

    Shauna

    Hi Shauna,

Can you give a bit more information on how you are capturing the info and how the script is trying to pull these variables?

    Hi Samuel

Yes we are capturing the information through slots and using output variables, like below

    Thanks

    Hi,

If architect variables are showing correct slot values then I would look at the script. How are you passing these values to script i.e have you enabled script variables with 'Input'?

The Slot.xxxx are your variables that contain the captured information.  You can use those directly as your input variables to the script.  There is no need to write as participant data or assign to another variable.

    Thanks all!

I had copied the slots from another BOT flow and one of them was creating a fault. I created a new one and this is working as expected.
