    Draft Update Failed Snip
    We have an agent who is running into this error several times per day when attempting to send email correspondence. Is this something anyone else has experienced? If so, then do you have any lasting solutions for fixing?

    Hello Asia,

    Welcome to the Community! Is this only affecting one agent? Are they able to send emails at all? This could be a permission issue for the agent, a network issue, etc. You may be able to see what the issue is in the console and network logs. If you are unable to find any issues, you might need to open a case with Customer Care.

    Thank you, Jason! This is only affecting one agent at the moment. They're able to send emails. I will investigate the logs as you've suggested and follow-up with customer care as needed. Thanks so much.

    Hi Karthik,

    No updates as of yet. We're doing a log capture for the agent and having them email over the times of day it's occurring in a summary email at the end of the day.

    I'll report back with more as soon as we have an update from our Genesys ticket on that.

    We are also experiencing this issue but it spans across multiple agents. they began reporting it to us about a week ago. Emails still seem to go through without any issues but I'd like to understand the cause of the error.
