Our agency has around 600 Canned Responses, (or as I prefer to call them, "email templates"), that our CSR's have to wade through. Here are my questions:
1. The content of many templates can be merged if we could implement drop down menus inside the templates. Is it possible to insert drop down menus? (Similar to the "Drop Down Box Content Control in Microsoft Word).
2. I'm currently tasked with going through the 600 templates, identifying the verbatim duplicates, and identifying the ones we no longer need. I would also like the ones we keep to be renamed. How hard is it to delete the usess canned responses and rename the ones we keep?
3. Where do i find more infomation about how to name templates, and how the cloud storage works? I'm curious to know how many libraries and sublibraries we can have.
