Genesys Cloud - Main

Hi all,

I'm looking for some general recommendations with how to turn around DSARs quicker in Genesys please. We have tried using GDPR & Privacy APIs but this does not seem to speed up the process. The users locating the information often resort to the Workspace > Interactions View to find the information via ANI or DNIS.

Hello Chris,

I'm not sure that we have a way to speed this up currently. However, I did see that one of our Product Designers mentioned something last week on this Idea that were looking for some feedback on the Genesys GDPR API. I would recommend checking out that link!

Echoing Jason's reply. If you had the time, I would be really interested in hearing more about your experience interacting with our GDPR API as well as generally getting your feedback our DSAR offerings.
