  • 1.  DTMF tones not working

    Has anyone had trouble with DTMF tones. I have a conference call every day and the access code DTMF tones are not registering. However, when I use another companies IVR the tones are registering. I've updated the edge device to the latest version but still not working, any suggestions?

    What type of phone?

     

    How are you entering the DTMF? By using the dial pad in the connected call dialog, or from the phone itself?

     

    (Pic included for those who may not be familiar with the extra dial pad after the call is connected - it took me a little while to realize it's different from the one in the top toolbar used to place the call)

    We are using WebRTC phones and dialing from the dial pad in the call dialog.

    What system hosts the conference call?
