TBH, we are all stupid (or at least feel stupid) from time to time - part of the human condition, I guess! In my case, I blame it on a "Senior Moment" as my Father (and Grandfather) used to call them....
I can understand why they don't add new feature permissions to roles like "Employee" or "Agent" since you may not want a new feature suddenly showing up at random, but IMHO "admin" should just have everything. (After all, as admin you can go in and grant yourself the permission, so it isn't exactly a security thing. ..
Ah well, they never listen to me anyway (as evidenced by the entries I have in the Ideas Lab that seem to be going nowhere! 🤬)

That feature rolled out in Spring 2023 and wasn't automatically added to the existing roles. As such, the built-in admin role (which predates 2023) likely didn't include it by default 😉

To view the Brand Logo and Bot Avatar upload fields: Uploads > PublicAsset > Upload permission

OK, so I'm having a rather odd issue with one of my ORGs and my aging brain just can't recall the solution!
Inside Messenger Configurations, on the "Appearance" step, there is an "Add a logo" option between the Messenger Button configuration and the User Interface:
On the ORG in question, however, this is missing:
What am I missing? 🤷♂️
