    Hi

    We currently have a customer who's scheduled Interaction reports show double entries for certain times of the day.

    This does not occur when manually running.

    I'll post some examples later, but in the meantime does anyone have experience of this please?

    Could it be that two campaigns are running against the same number?  Do you have some rules for redialing along with call response sets?

    Hello Philip,

    Without the examples, its hard to help. If you haven't resolved this issue I would recommend opening a case with customer care to get the examples investigated.
