Hello,

I'm trying to play a custom message during an in queue flow. What decides if the message will play or not is if an attribute gets set on the inbound flow.

When configuring the audio sequence on the in-queue flow, I am receiving the error, "The variable reference 'Flow.<variableName>' at position ## is not valid"

How can I configure the in-queue flow to pull this variable in?

In your inbound flow, use Set Participant Data before you transfer the call to the queue, to set that value.  You will give the Participant Value a name, and then assign that variable to it.  Then at the beginning of your in queue flow, use the Get Participant Data.  You use that Participant Value name and assign a variable to that, then it can be used in the in queue flow.
