    Hello,

    I would like to know if I could load opening hours based on the DNIS, so I can play wave messages according to the time ?
    (Is there a way to call Schedules dynamically from architect call flow ?)

    No, you cannot call Schedules dynamically from an Architect call flow.

    The Call Route configuration is how you designate the schedules and call flows to use based on DNIS.
