    Hi Genesys,
    any idea when the below will be implemented?

    Dynamically look up schedules, schedule groups, and emergency groups in Architect flows Administrators and contact centre managers can now use new Find Schedule, Find Schedule Group, and Find Emergency Group actions in Architect. These new actions enable administrators to dynamically look up these schedules and groups at flow runtime. This enables schedules to be dynamically looked up in architect flows.

    As you know, that was released and then pulled back.  I hear it is back in the queue for release, so hopefully soon.

    please, when is this planned to be re-released ?

    we are in a desperate need to have the dynamic parametrisation of schedules and schedule groups as the customer has a worldwide CC and we need to take the schedules and schedule group names from data tables as routing attributes. their hardcoding within architect flows is a real pain for a worldwide CC, really many countries and lines.

    This is already released in GA and we've been using this for quite sometime now.
