Hello,

PureCloud uses existing Dynamics CRM credentials and allows us to control what data is available where/to whom using standard Dynamics CRM ACLs.

How/where to specify those credentials ? by using OAuth ?

Hi Charaf, data actions can use any of these credential types:

OAuth is supported and (with the proper Auth action defined) will automatically request a new token when the previous token expires. The "User Defined" type can be used to send API keys or other tokens flexibly, by including template "placeholders" in the URL, headers, or request body.

Is possible to know what type of autentication is implemented? It's not a web service integration, so isn't possible to specify the credentials type.
