Hi,
One of our customers have received thousands of e-mails in the last weeks and due to the pandemic restrictions set by the local authorities, they are requesting to be able to delete (may be using a date criteria; i.e.: all mails received before april 1st. 2020) many of these e-mails which cannot be processed now.
Saw that there is another post / question, asking to have this ability on Genesys Cloud, but the answer sent in 2017, was negative (no way to do this):
