    Hello All,

     We have a organization. Under that we are using Edgeless device to receive Inbound call. Can we also add a Virtual Edge in same organization? If Yes, Could you please help me some document which highlights how we achieve that.

    Hello -

    Can you provide details to what "Edgeless" refers to?  Do you mean Genesys Cloud Voice or BYOC Cloud where you have cloud based Edges?  Or BYOC Premise where you have physical Edges?

    We are using Gensys/Telstra CLoud Voice. We have created a Trunk based on Sip Server and proxies along with Inbound SIP identifier.
    Can we also use a Genesys Shipped Edge device in same organization.

    You are not currently able to mix cloud media and premise media in the same org.  It is an upcoming feature, but a release date has not been announced.
