  • 1.  Edge connectivity to PureCloud?

    ​Hi All,

    I have had a look at the below:

    https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/purecloud-ports-services/

    But it is not clear exactly which FQDN or Domains the Edge needs to connect to, does anybody have these details please?

    We currently have one customer who has an on-premise Edge and a very strict firewall policy but we cannot confirm what the Edge is trying to connect too?

    ​After checking the logs I found that the Edge was trying to connect on TCP port 945, this is not documented in the "Ports and services to configure on your company firewall" page, however I did find this in "Pair the Edge using a USB flash drive and an LCD" as a specific requirement for China.  This would be useful to be advised in both places
